When lodging a motor vehicle claim you will need the following information for you and any other parties involved.

• Date and time of the accident
• Make and Model of the Car
• Registration Number
• Driver/owners Name(s)
• Drivers Licence number
• Insurance Company of other parties involved
• Accident location
• Police attending and any incident report number that you may have been given.
